Freelance Organic Real Estate Lead Generation & Community Marketing Specialist
We are looking for an experienced, resourceful and result-oriented freelance specialist to generate genuine property buyers, sellers and high-intent enquiries in Kolkata and surrounding markets through organic digital channels.
This is not a conventional social-media management or posting job.
We need someone who can research where potential property customers are actively discussing their requirements, identify high-intent opportunities, engage intelligently and convert them into qualified enquiries.
🎯 PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

The person should be capable of finding people looking for:

Location-specific properties
Properties within particular budgets
Landowners/sellers seeking genuine buyers
The focus is:
Demand Discovery → Organic Engagement → Trust Building → Lead Generation → Qualification → Conversion
