WE’RE HIRING! | PART-TIME REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT + SOCIAL MEDIA CREATIVE
SCHEDULE: 10 hours per week
Work within: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time
Work From Home Setup
Any additional hours or expanded responsibilities will come with additional compensation, agreed upon accordingly.
Business VA Hub is looking for a creative, organized, reliable, and proactive professional to support a licensed real estate broker based in US
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Create and schedule social media content
Edit Reels and TikTok videos
Repurpose existing content
Help maintain a professional online presence
Executive & Admin Support
Manage and update the CRM
Maintain client/contact information
Create newsletters and email campaigns
Organize follow-up lists
Assist with light real estate admin tasks
Help with occasional resume updates and job applications
Help create simple workflows and automations
Find ways to make repetitive tasks easier and more efficient
Learn and work with the client’s existing tools
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Has excellent written and spoken English
Has experience managing social media
Can edit short-form vertical videos
Has experience with CRM and/or email marketing platforms
Is comfortable learning new software and simple automations
Is organized, reliable, proactive, and self-directed
Can work independently and meet deadlines
Is interested in a long-term working relationship
Can provide previous work samples
