Our products include AIONCRM.ai, AIONHRMS, and AIONDATA Agent Studio, and we run AI transformation engagements for clients in India and the US. We're an NVIDIA Inception member, ISO 27001:2022 and CMMI Level 3 certified, and built on a simple belief: enterprises should own their AI, including their keys, data, and workflows, with no lock-in.
Inbound interest is growing fast, especially around AI agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and integrations. We need someone who makes sure no lead goes cold.
What you'll do
Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries around AI, MCP, integrations, and our products (AIONCRM, AIONHRMS)
Reach out to leads by call, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, and stay on it until the meeting is booked
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, interviews, and demos between prospects and our leadership and tech team
Understand a prospect's problem well enough to have an intelligent first conversation and route it correctly
Run basic product walkthroughs when needed (you'll be trained)
Keep the CRM clean, and track every lead, follow-up, and next step
Share what you hear from the market so we can sharpen our offering
Sales Project Management, Product Demo's as needed.
You are:
1–5 yrs in business development, inside sales, or pre-sales (tech/SaaS preferred)
Genuinely into AI, and comfortable talking APIs, agents, and MCP
Persistent, organised, and a strong communicator
