Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lucknow. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end post-production for educational and promotional content, including cutting footage, arranging timelines, and refining narrative flow. Daily responsibilities include color grading, adding motion graphics and visual elements, syncing audio, and ensuring brand consistency across all videos. The role involves close collaboration with trainers, content creators, and the marketing team to translate learning objectives into engaging video materials. The Video Editor will also manage file organization, export formats, and quality checks to ensure timely delivery of polished content.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating and refining high-quality video content.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and overall look and feel of videos.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging visual elements and overlays.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic/motion tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop).
Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work with educational content.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
Prior experience in educational, training, or social impact projects is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
