Roofing Sales Representative – 1099 Commission-Based
Native Sons Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Roofing Sales Representatives who want the opportunity to earn great money while working with a team that actually supports its salespeople.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with 100% commission-based compensation.

What You’ll Do
You’ll generate and develop roofing opportunities, meet with homeowners and property owners, inspect roofs, present solutions and estimates, follow up with prospects, and close roofing projects.
You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline and managing customer relationships, while our team helps support you on the operational side once the job is sold.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are motivated, dependable, personable, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment. Roofing or in-home sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Compensation
