This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HR Business Partner - Peak Health based in United States.
The HR Business Partner will partner closely with departmental leaders to align people strategies with organizational and business objectives.
This role provides strategic HR guidance across talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, retention, engagement, and change management.
You will act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders while helping teams navigate organizational change and employee-development priorities.
The position combines data-driven workforce planning with practical HR solutions that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
You will collaborate with specialists across compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, and disability management.
The role offers meaningful influence across a healthcare environment and requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and stakeholder-management skills.
This is a full-time remote opportunity with occasional travel to Morgantown, West Virginia, approximately one to two times per month as needed.
