Job Role
SiyAgro is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales professional to manage the existing dealer and retailer network while expanding SiyAgro's sales, distribution network and market presence across the assigned territory.
The candidate will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing channel partners, developing new dealers and retailers, achieving sales targets, conducting extensive field activities, and driving overall business growth in the territory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen the existing dealer and retailer network.
Expand the dealer, distributor and retailer network across the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular market and field visits across Agra, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Etawah and Farrukhabad.
Develop new business opportunities and appoint new channel partners.
Promote SiyAgro's seeds, fertilizers and other agricultural products.
Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations and product promotional activities.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors and farmers.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities.
Ensure product availability, visibility and movement across the territory.
Follow up on payments and outstanding collections.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Identify new markets and opportunities for expanding SiyAgro's presence.
Field Activities
Extensive daily field visits across the assigned territory.
Regular visits to dealers, retailers, distributors, villages and agricultural markets.
Conduct farmer meetings, crop meetings and product demonstrations.
Support dealers and retailers in generating product demand.
Organize field trials and promotional activities for SiyAgro products.
Build direct relationships with farmers and understand local crop requirements.
Collect market feedback and identify opportunities for new dealer appointments.
Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
Candidate Profile
5–10 years of relevant experience in seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, agri-inputs or agricultural sales.
Strong existing network of dealers and retailers in the assigned territory will be preferred.
Experience in handling and expanding a sales territory.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of the local agricultural market and farming community.
Comfortable with extensive field travel and farmer interaction.
Target-oriented with the ability to independently manage territory sales and business development.
