Role Summary
ATANGANA & SONS LTD is seeking a Business Strategy Specialist to support business growth, market expansion, innovation, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business growth strategies and action plans.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Analyze business performance and recommend improvements.
Support new product and service development.
Monitor technology and digital market trends.
Prepare business plans, reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Work with management and operational teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Masters degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, IT, Marketing, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or a related area.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of technology, digital services, and business models.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
