🔹 HR transformation, automation, HR analytics & governance
🔹 Workforce planning, manpower productivity & HR cost management
What we’re looking for:
✔ 10–15 years of progressive HR experience
✔ Minimum 6 years in a team leadership role

✔ Strong stakeholder management, business acumen and execution skills
