Job Description
Fuworx Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior SAP TM / Logistics Transformation Consultant to support strategic logistics and transportation transformation initiatives.
The role will work closely with business and IT teams to drive SAP TM, SAP EWM, S/4HANA Supply Chain, transportation optimization, freight cost reduction, and logistics process improvements across complex supply chain environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze transportation flows, freight spend, and logistics processes to identify optimization opportunities.
* Lead SAP-driven logistics and transportation transformation projects.
* Work with SAP TM, EWM, and Logistics Execution (LE) solutions.
* Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and logistics optimization strategies.
* Translate business requirements into SAP system improvements and actionable solutions.
* Develop and monitor KPI dashboards and supply chain analytics.
* Analyze logistics data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for freight cost reduction.
* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with business, technology, regional, and global stakeholders.
* Facilitate project governance meetings and stakeholder discussions.
* Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across logistics operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain consulting, or SAP-related transformation.
* Strong functional and configuration knowledge of SAP TM and SAP LE.
* Experience delivering SAP transportation optimization or logistics transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain.
* Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, and FI.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business case development skills.
* Experience working with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
* Strong project leadership and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
Good to Have:
* Experience with SAP EWM or third-party logistics platforms.
* Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Fiori.
* Exposure to AI-enabled supply chain optimization solutions.
* Experience supporting EMEA logistics operations.
* Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, or Life Sciences industries.
* SAP, PMP, APICS, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
