Role Description This remote internship Researcher role supports studies and projects focused on enterprise health, resilience, intelligence, and Mission Readiness. Day-to-day activities may include collecting and organizing data, conducting literature reviews, summarizing research findings, and assisting with the design of surveys or analytical frameworks. The Researcher will help prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also involves collaborating with senior researchers, participating in virtual meetings, and maintaining clear documentation of methods and results. This is an internship position with structured guidance and opportunities to develop research skills in an applied, real-world context.
Qualifications
Strong research skills, including literature review, information synthesis, and basic data analysis.
Ability to write clear, well-structured summaries, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort with digital collaboration tools and remote work practices, including virtual meetings and shared document platforms.
Interest in organizational resilience, enterprise performance, or related fields such as management, systems thinking, or public policy.
Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in a relevant discipline (e.g., social sciences, business, data science, public policy, systems engineering) or equivalent experience.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate proactively with supervisors and team members.
Prior experience with qualitative or quantitative research methods is beneficial but not required.
