Junior Interior Designer

Role Description
*Develop detailed interior designs and space planning as per project requirements.
* Create accurate and detailed 3D models, with strong understanding of dimensions, materials, furniture, joinery, and construction details.
* Prepare detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
* Coordinate design requirements with the site team, contractors, vendors, and clients.
* Attend site visits and understand actual site conditions, measurements, and execution requirements.
* Assist in site execution and design coordination to ensure the design is implemented accurately.
* Take ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate leadership and problem-solving abilities. requiring close collaboration with the studio team and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection for functional and visually cohesive spaces.
Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to support efficient layouts and design solutions.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing basic Construction Drawings and documentation for project execution.
Proficiency in design and visualization
such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds max, or similar , and 3D rendering tools ( v-ray , corona, enscape or similar )
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and project teams.
Junior Interior Designer – 3D Modelling & Design
Software Requirements – STRICT
Candidates must have strong practical knowledge of 3D modelling and interior design software.

Required Qualification
* Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Designing or equivalent
* B.Arch / Architecture

* Equivalent qualifications with relevant interior design experience may also be considered.
