🚀 Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for various internal roles.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with calling and speaking with candidates.
Proactive and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage.
