About the Role
PrimePathway is a reverse recruitment and career consulting firm helping professionals pursue opportunities across global markets including the UAE, UK, Germany, Canada, Singapore, and the US.
As a Career Consultant, you will work closely with candidates throughout their career transformation journey — from candidate profiling and CV improvement to job search strategy and interview preparation.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct candidate profiling and onboarding sessions.
• Understand candidates' career history, goals, target markets, and preferences.
• Review and improve CVs according to global hiring standards.
• Optimize CVs for ATS, keywords, readability, and achievement-based impact.
• Improve LinkedIn profiles, including headlines, About sections, experience, and skills.
• Develop tailored job search strategies based on role, profile, and target geography.
• Guide candidates on relevant job boards, ATS platforms, and recruiter networks.
• Conduct regular candidate check-ins and provide career guidance.
• Coordinate with application managers to ensure applications align with the candidate's strategy.
• Maintain candidate records using internal tools, tracking sheets, and CRM.
Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Resume Writing, CV profiling, career consulting, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of ATS-friendly resumes and LinkedIn profile optimization.
• Ability to understand different candidate profiles and provide tailored career guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with candidates and managing multiple profiles.
