Project Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Pan India. The Project Engineer will manage and execute physical security and data‑center projects from planning to handover, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery. Daily responsibilities include reviewing technical requirements, preparing project plans, overseeing installation and commissioning of systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves conducting site visits, troubleshooting technical issues, updating project documentation, and providing support during testing and training phases. The Project Engineer will also monitor project progress, manage resources, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering and project management practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for designing, implementing, and supporting integrated security systems.
Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills for scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and risk management.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and clients, and for preparing clear technical documentation.
Relevant experience in physical security, data‑center solutions, or related infrastructure projects is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
Ability to work on-site at client locations, interpret technical drawings, and use standard project and engineering tools is advantageous.
Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards are expected.
