Role Description The Store Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and supporting a smooth customer experience. The Store Supervisor monitors inventory levels, coordinates stock replenishment, maintains visual merchandising standards, and helps manage cash handling and basic reporting. Qualifications
Ability to demonstrate strong Supervisory Skills, including team oversight, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
Proven Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with staff and interact effectively with customers.
Experience in Customer Service with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store safety practices.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability in day-to-day tasks.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment; previous experience in a supervisory or senior retail role is preferred.
