🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements
ServiceNow & CMDB Expertise
10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of relevant ServiceNow CMDB Architecture experience
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) with end-to-end adoption experience
Strong understanding of:
CI Class Modeling
Service Modeling
Dependency Mapping
CMDB Architecture & Design
CMDB Implementation & Transformation
Proven experience in large-scale CMDB implementations and transformation programs
Hands-on experience with CMDB data cleanup, normalization, and governance
Experience in designing and implementing CMDB governance frameworks and standards
IRE & Reconciliation
Deep hands-on expertise in Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
Strong knowledge of:
CI Identification Rules
Data Source Precedence
Reconciliation Strategies
CI Identification and Data Integrity
CMDB Data Quality & Governance
Strong understanding of CMDB Data Quality Management
Experience managing and improving:
Completeness
Correctness
Compliance
Duplicate CI Control
CMDB Health
Data Quality KPIs & Dashboards
