🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
Must-Have Skills:
Strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro and APM
Hands-on experience in Software Asset Lifecycle Management, from procurement through retirement
Strong knowledge of License Management, Compliance, and Reconciliation
Good understanding of:
Software Entitlements
Software Normalization
License Metrics
CMDB relationships
IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes
Experience with data imports, reconciliation, and asset normalization
Hands-on experience in SAM compliance reporting and dashboards
Strong development experience with:
JavaScript
Glide API
Business Rules
Client Scripts
Script Includes
ACLs
Flow Designer / Workflows
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including:
REST / SOAP APIs
Integration Hub
MID Server
Proven experience in end-to-end ServiceNow SAM implementations and migrations
