Research And Development Specialist

We are onboarding experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the following domains for an ongoing AI Science Research & Benchmarking Project.

Who We’re Looking For
Master’s or PhD in the relevant domain
Strong academic, research, or industry expertise
Excellent analytical and scientific/economic reasoning skills
Ability to solve complex, expert-level problems
AI/LLM experience is highly preferred, including AI evaluation, prompt engineering, benchmarking, AI training, rubric development, or data annotation
USA Citizen or Green Card Holder (1099 IC )
What You’ll Do
Create highly complex, challenging domain-specific problems.
Develop structured and logically sound solutions.
Define assumptions, constraints, and edge cases.
Evaluate problems for correctness, ambiguity, consistency, and difficulty.
Test problems using AI tools/models.
Evaluate AI-generated responses and identify reasoning gaps or failures.
Help distinguish genuinely difficult problems from poorly defined problems.
