Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Work)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives + Fuel allowance
Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and engage directly with customers through both field and tele‑marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to promote products/services and engage with potential customers
Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, samples) in targeted areas
Collect customer data and feedback during campaigns and update CRM with leads
Make 50–100 calls daily from the database to generate leads
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Manager for daily activity planning
Execute 3–5 field campaigns/events weekly in assigned locations
Submit weekly activity and lead generation reports to the Marketing Manager
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align offline and online campaigns
Track conversion of leads into sales and report bottlenecks
Conduct competitor mapping and share insights with management
Carry out B2B visits to expand business reach
Execute promotional activities such as paper insertions, mall standees, and vehicle tagging
Plan and execute monthly promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows
Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
Support franchise partners with local marketing activities
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in the field and meet targets
Self‑motivated with a proactive approach
Basic knowledge of reporting and coordination
