Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Surat. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience growth. On a day-to-day basis, this role will manage posting schedules, monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and optimize content using SMO best practices. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies, run social media campaigns, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. The role also includes staying updated on platform trends, testing new formats and features, and aligning social media activities with overall marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for diverse audiences.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and execute social media content and campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools and basic data interpretation skills to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Relevant experience in managing social media accounts for brands or agencies, preferably in digital marketing or related industries.
Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of graphic design or basic video editing tools and awareness of current social media trends and best practices is beneficial.
