SEO specialist

About the role
Craxis is a B2B marketing agency working with technology, SaaS and cybersecurity companies in the GCC. We’re looking for an SEO Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to improve organic visibility and support lead generation for our agency and clients.
You’ll work with our content, design and development teams to turn SEO findings into practical improvements and track their impact.
Key responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis aligned with client priorities and buyer search intent.
Perform SEO audits and prioritize technical and content improvements.
Optimize website pages, metadata, internal linking and site structure.
Prepare content briefs and collaborate with writers to improve relevance, clarity and search performance.
Coordinate with developers on crawling, indexing, redirects and website performance.
Identify relevant backlink opportunities and support outreach.
Monitor organic traffic, rankings and conversions using Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools.
Prepare clear performance reports with findings and recommended actions.
Stay informed about developments in SEO and AI-assisted search.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of practical SEO experience.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
Experience using Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush or Ahrefs.
Working knowledge of WordPress and SEO plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast.
Strong English communication and content optimization skills.
Ability to interpret data, prioritize tasks and explain recommendations.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team.
Preferred qualifications
Experience working in an agency or managing multiple websites.
Familiarity with GCC markets.
Knowledge of AI search visibility and structured data.
