Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Servicing Manager with strong exposure to event management, proposal preparation, revenue generation, and event operations.
The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding event requirements, preparing creative and commercial proposals, converting enquiries into business, and coordinating end-to-end event execution.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage the complete cycle — Client Enquiry → Requirement Understanding → Proposal → Costing & Negotiation → Business Conversion → Production & Execution → Client Closure.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Manage existing clients and develop strong long-term relationships.
Understand client requirements, objectives, budgets, and expectations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and requirement discussions.
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
Handle client queries, changes, negotiations, and escalations professionally.
Proposal & Pitching
Prepare professional event proposals, presentations, concepts, quotations, and BOQs.
Coordinate with the creative/design team to develop event concepts and presentations.
Understand client briefs and convert them into practical event solutions.
Present proposals to clients and handle revisions based on feedback.
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing with clients.
Ensure proposals are commercially viable and aligned with project budgets.
Revenue Generation & Business Development
Generate new business through client networking, references, leads, and industry contacts.
Convert enquiries and proposals into confirmed business.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly follow up on opportunities.
Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, brands, and decision-makers.
Track enquiry, proposal, conversion, and revenue performance.
Event Operations & Execution
Coordinate end-to-end event execution along with the operations and production teams.
Coordinate with creative, fabrication, AV, production, logistics, vendors, and venue teams.
Conduct venue/site inspections and understand technical requirements.
Ensure the approved concept and client requirements are executed as committed.
Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality.
Be present at events when required and manage on-ground client coordination.
Handle last-minute changes and execution challenges effectively.
Ensure smooth project closure and client feedback after the event.
