Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Creative Designer with strong exposure to the Event Management and Experiential Industry.
The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts and visual designs for corporate events, product launches, dealer meets, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, award functions, and other large-scale events.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand a client brief and convert it into creative concepts, event themes, stage designs, branding solutions, 3D visualizations, and presentation-ready proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development
Understand client briefs, event objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience.
Develop unique and innovative event concepts, themes, and creative directions.
Create mood boards, concept boards, reference visuals, and design narratives.
Develop complete visual concepts for events from entrance to stage and branding areas.
Translate ideas into visually strong and practical event designs.
Event & 3D Design
Develop creative designs for:
Stage & LED backdrop designs
3D stage concepts
Entrance arches and gateways
Registration areas
Photo opportunities / selfie zones
Exhibition stalls
Brand activation areas
Product display zones
Experience zones
Backdrops and branding structures
Wayfinding and venue branding
Tables, counters and display units
Thematic décor and props
Corporate event environments
Proposal & Pitch Deck Support
Create creative presentations for client proposals and pitches.
Develop PowerPoint / Keynote presentations with strong visual storytelling.
Prepare concept options based on client budgets and requirements.
Work closely with the Client Servicing and Business Development teams to develop winning proposals.
Modify concepts based on client feedback and pitch requirements.
Ensure creative proposals are both visually attractive and commercially practical.
Production & Execution Coordination
Coordinate with production, fabrication, AV, printing, and execution teams.
Ensure designs are technically feasible and suitable for fabrication.
Prepare artwork, dimensions, layouts, and production-ready files.
Understand materials, fabrication methods, LED requirements, lighting, branding, and event structures.
Visit venues when required to understand site conditions and develop appropriate designs.
Coordinate with vendors and production teams during execution.
Provide design support during event setup and execution.
Required Software Skills
Strong working knowledge of relevant design software such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW
PowerPoint
3D software – SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender / AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Knowledge of rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, D5, or similar is an advantage.

The candidate should understand that event design is not only about making attractive visuals — the concept must also be practical, budget-conscious, technically feasible, and executable on site.
