Data & Analytics Engineer

One of our clients is looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Engineer - USA (Remote) for a Part-time (20 hours a week) Contract opportunity.

9+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a closely related role.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data transformation, data modeling, and data integration.
Demonstrated experience working with ERP datasets, including understanding of ERP data structures, business processes, and end-to-end data workflows.
Strong ability to understand how business processes generate and consume data and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
Experience working with GTM (Go-to-Market) and Revenue Operations data, including analyzing business performance, revenue-related metrics, and operational data.
Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights that can support business decisions and operational initiatives.
Strong understanding of business requirements with the ability to translate them into data models, reporting solutions, analytics, or other data-driven solutions.
Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, resolve data issues, and deliver solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Machine Learning, forecasting, or predictive analytics experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
