One of our clients is looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst (Healthcare) - USA (100% Remote) for a contract opportunity.
Must Have: Business Analyst, Healthcare, EDW/Data Warehouse, SQL, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, ETL, Data Integration, Data Quality, Requirements Gathering, UAT, HIPAA, Agile, Healthcare Data, Source-to-Target Mapping
Travel-related expenses will be covered by the client if you are required to visit the office.
Required Skills
7+ years of overall Business Analyst experience.
3+ years of Healthcare Services domain experience, including payer, provider, claims, enrollment, care management, or revenue cycle.
3+ years of experience working on Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) / Data Warehouse projects.
Strong experience with requirements gathering, business/functional requirements, BRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping.
Strong experience with SQL, data analysis, data validation, and data warehousing concepts.
Hands-on experience with source-to-target mapping, data integration, data quality, ETL processes, and reporting requirements.
Experience collaborating with business users, data architects, ETL developers, data engineers, and reporting/BI teams.
Experience with UAT, gap analysis, requirements traceability, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of healthcare data, HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and data governance.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Knowledge of CMS, ICD-10, CPT, HL7/FHIR healthcare standards (Preferred)
Experience with data migration and cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, or Snowflake (Preferred)
CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is a plus (Preferred)
