Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Recruitment Specialist. Looking for a proactive and adaptable Recruiter who can handle end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced
environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes from scratch, working closely
with founders, and hiring creative and technical talent
Key Responsibilities:
 Work directly with founders and hiring managers to understand immediate and upcoming hiring
needs
 Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Interior Designers, Architects, Draftsmen, Site
Engineers, and Interns
 Source candidates using referrals, LinkedIn, social media groups, colleges, and walk-ins
 Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
 Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
 Support offer discussions and salary negotiations within startup budgets
 Maintain candidate trackers, interview feedback, and offer documentation
 Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and basic HR coordination
 Stay updated with hiring trends and salary benchmarks in the design industry
Qualifications:
 Graduate/Postgraduate HR, Business Administration, or related field  1–3 years of recruitment experience (architecture and interior design )companies preferred )  Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills  Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision  Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment
