Agricultural Consultant - Large-Scale Compost, Fertilizer & Soil Management

Hi, we are looking for an experienced Agricultural Consultant with strong hands-on execution experience in large-scale composting, fertilizers, soil health and agricultural input management.
We are specifically looking for someone who has practically worked on implementation, not only advisory or report preparation.
The person should ideally have experience in:
• Large-scale compost production and management
• Organic and inorganic fertilizers
• Biofertilizers and soil conditioners
• Soil testing and nutrient management
• Crop-specific fertilizer planning
• Integrated nutrient management
• Compost raw material selection, processing and quality control
• Setting up SOPs and operational processes
• Machinery and infrastructure selection for compost/fertilizer operations
• Costing, production planning and commercial feasibility
• Troubleshooting production and field-level issues
• Indian regulatory requirements related to compost and fertilizers, preferably FCO and related compliances
We would prefer someone who has worked with commercial farms, composting units, fertilizer companies, FPOs, large agricultural projects or similar operations.
Most importantly, the consultant should have experience executing projects on the ground and should be comfortable with site visits, implementation supervision, vendor coordination, team training and scaling operations.
