How You Make Money (Partnership Model):
• Per-Class Payouts: You earn for every 1-on-1 session you teach. This is an independent educator partner role, not a salaried desk job on payroll.
• Direct Bank Transfers: Your earnings are deposited directly into your bank account as sessions are completed.
• Set Your Own Capacity: You control your schedule. Whether you want to teach 2 students on weekends or 10 students every evening, your income scales with your hours.
• Zero Marketing or Admin: No finding students, chasing parents, or managing fee collections. Paathshala handles all admissions, parent counseling, and billing so you can focus 100% on teaching.
What We Are Looking For:
• Strong Subject Command: Deep conceptual clarity in School Mathematics (CBSE, ICSE, or State Boards for Grades 6–10 or 11–12).
• Patient, Engaging Teaching: Ability to break down tricky formulas and build confidence in students who struggle with math.
• Tech Setup: A laptop/PC, stable high-speed Wi-Fi, and a digital pen tablet/stylus for interactive problem solving.
• Language: Fluent communication in English and conversational Hindi.
