Movemate Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced FTL professionals with a strong network of fleet owners, transporters, and broker vendors.
📍 Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana
💼 Experience: 1–6 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month

🔹 YOUR ROLE
You'll be responsible for sourcing the right vehicle at the best possible freight rate while ensuring smooth vehicle placement and operational coordination.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source vehicles for FTL loads at competitive market rates
• Build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transporters & broker vendors
• Negotiate freight and vehicle rates effectively
• Arrange vehicles across multiple categories, from LCVs to Trailers
• Ensure timely vehicle placement against customer requirements
• Coordinate with brokers, drivers, fleet owners, and operations teams
• Handle shortages, cancellations, breakdowns & replacement vehicles
• Track vehicle movement, ETA, TAT & delivery status
• Maintain daily MIS for sourcing, placement & trips
• Expand the vendor network to improve vehicle availability

🔹 IDEAL CANDIDATE
✔ Strong experience in FTL vehicle procurement & placement

✔ Strong freight negotiation & market knowledge
✔ Understanding of commercial vehicle categories
✔ Great vendor, driver & operations coordination
✔ Ability to perform in a fast-paced logistics environment
