Job Overview
We are hiring an Accounts & Finance Specialist to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting activities, monitoring transactions, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting and financial records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare invoices, payment records, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
Monitor expenses and support budget tracking.
Maintain documentation for financial transactions and audits.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices and payments.
Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and on time.
Support compliance with applicable accounting and financial procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates must have the legal authorization required to work in the UAE.
