About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Professional to support end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, supplier relationships, and demand planning.
The successful candidate will work with internal teams and external suppliers to improve operational efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and support timely delivery of products and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory activities
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment requirements
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners
Support purchasing and procurement processes
Track orders, shipments, deliveries, and supply schedules
Assist with demand forecasting and supply planning
Identify operational issues and support process improvements
Maintain accurate supply chain records and reports
Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and service levels
Collaborate with operations, finance, sales, and other relevant teams
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business, Operations, or a related field
Previous professional experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience with inventory, purchasing, logistics, or supplier coordination
Ability to analyse data and prepare operational reports
Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or supply chain systems is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
