Hiring: Head IT / General Manager – IT

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall IT strategy and digital transformation aligned with business goals.
Manage SAP S/4HANA ERP and enterprise applications across functions.
Drive Digital, Analytics, AI, Cloud and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Manage Azure Cloud, Data Centre, DR, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Ensure strong IT governance, compliance, risk management and business continuity.
Lead IT budgeting, cost optimization and vendor management.
Partner with business leadership to implement technology-driven solutions.
Lead, mentor and develop the IT team across India.
Drive integration across SAP modules, Finance, HR and Procurement systems.
Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP / ERP, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Analytics and IT/OT.
Hands-on understanding of SAP modules such as BASIS, SD, MM, PP/QM, EWM, PPDS and TMS.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management and business acumen.
Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Lubricants / Paint or similar industries preferred.
Education
B.Tech / Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
SAP / PMP certification preferred.
