Senior Signaling Designer

Position- Senior Signaling Designer
Locations- Chennai, Prayagraj & Bhopal
Education / Qualification:
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Railway Signaling or Computer Science (for application-related roles).
• Additional certification/training in Railway Signaling, Kavach, IRISET, EI/SSI or related areas will be preferred.
Experience:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Railway Signaling.
• Candidates with 2–3+ years of relevant Kavach/Railway Signaling experience may also be considered, subject to technical competency.
• Experience in signaling design, review and coordination with Railways/RDSO will be preferred.
Salary Range:
• ₹65,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
1. Lead Railway Signaling and Kavach design activities.
2. Prepare, review and approve RFID Layouts, TOC, TAG Data, TAG/TIN Logic and Bit Charts.
3. Ensure design compliance with applicable RDSO, Railway, Kavach and project specifications.
4. Review station/application data and ensure accuracy and completeness of design deliverables.
5. Coordinate with V&V, Application, Survey, Site, RDSO and Railway teams.
6. Review technical documents and resolve design-related observations.
7. Lead and mentor a team of approximately 4–6 engineers.
8. Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to junior engineers.
9. Support customer/Railway discussions and provide technical clarifications.
10. Ensure timely submission and closure of design deliverables.
11. Maintain design records, revisions, approvals and technical comments.
12. Ensure compliance with safety-critical signaling requirements and project quality standards.
