Role Description The Client Relationship Intern will work full time on-site at the Apnaaapan office in Jaipur. This role involves supporting day-to-day client interactions, responding to inquiries, and assisting in resolving service-related issues in a timely and professional manner. The intern will help monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are understood and met. Additional responsibilities include documenting client communications, preparing simple reports on client needs and trends, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to assist clients effectively.
Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Analytical Skills to understand client needs and assess service quality.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional client interactions.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
