Role Description The Telesales Executive role at Apnaaapan is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the Telesales Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote digital marketing services, explain offerings, and respond to inquiries. The role involves identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through regular follow-ups. The Telesales Executive will handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities also include updating CRM records, meeting individual and team sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to manage queries, resolve concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation and Sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals in a telesales or inside sales environment.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with CRM or call management tools.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and handle high call volumes.
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales in a digital marketing or related industry is an advantage.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively in a team-driven environment.
