About the Role
SGM Group is looking for a *result-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate Sales* with strong knowledge of the real estate industry and preferably hands-on experience in *industrial real estate / industrial plots*.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling clients, generating business, conducting site visits and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Independently manage sales activities and generate business opportunities.
* Handle clients, investors, channel partners and brokers.
* Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate market.
* Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
* Manage negotiations, follow-ups and closures.
* Maintain regular updates on market trends, pricing and available inventory.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
📊 Initial Performance Period
During the *initial 3 months*, the candidate will be expected to work independently and demonstrate consistent business performance.
Based on *performance, sales output and overall contribution, the company will evaluate the candidate for **team allocation and team-handling responsibilities*.
Once a team is assigned, responsibilities will include team mentoring, target management, performance tracking and driving team sales.
Candidate Requirements
✔️ Relevant experience in *Real Estate Sales*
✔️ Strong understanding of the *Gurgaon/NCR real estate market*
✔️ Good knowledge of *industrial real estate / industrial plots* preferred
✔️ Strong client-handling and negotiation skills
✔️ Proven ability to generate leads and business independently
✔️ Strong communication and networking skills
✔️ Target-oriented and self-driven approach
✔️ Leadership mindset and ability to develop a high-performing sales team
✔️ *Own car is mandatory for client meetings and site visits*
💰 Compensation & Growth
*₹45,000 – ₹50,000 In-Hand + Incentives*
