Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an experienced professional with approximately 15 years of combined accounts and logistics experience. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger management, invoicing, reconciliation, and coordination with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The position also includes overseeing logistics operations such as inventory tracking, shipment planning, coordination with suppliers and transport partners, and maintaining documentation for inbound and outbound materials. The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve queries, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and support cost-effective, compliant operations. The role requires maintaining detailed records, optimizing processes, and contributing to continuous improvement in both accounts and logistics functions.
Qualifications
Strong Finance and Account Management skills, including proficiency in accounting principles, ledgers, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial and logistics data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams, suppliers, and customers in a professional manner.
Proven experience in logistics coordination and inventory management, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Comfort with ERP systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Excel, accounting tools); ability to maintain accurate digital records.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
Relevant academic background in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in accounts or logistics are an advantage.
Knowledge of applicable tax regulations, documentation standards, and compliance requirements related to accounts and logistics.
