About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, website management, social media, and CRM operations.
In this role, you will work closely with the team to manage and improve our online presence, assist with website and social media activities, and support day-to-day marketing operations using Zoho and other digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with managing and updating the company website.
Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
Support social media growth and engagement activities.
Assist with basic SEO activities, keyword research, and website optimization.
Work with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications for marketing and customer-related activities.
Maintain and update customer/lead information in Zoho.
Assist in lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.
Track basic website and social media performance metrics.
Help create marketing reports and presentations.
Coordinate with the internal team on marketing campaigns and content requirements.
Research digital marketing trends, competitors, and relevant industry topics.
Perform other marketing tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms.
Basic understanding of websites and content management is preferred.
Willingness to learn Zoho CRM and other digital marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, SEO, or similar tools is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
