Role Description
The O&M Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining solar and energy infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring peak operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dera Bassi.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong Communication and team collaboration skills
Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management practices
Sound knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts and applications
Ability to adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Relevant engineering degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering or related field)
Prior experience in solar or renewable energy operations and maintenance is a plus
