Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Mechanic role based in Nalhati-II. The Automotive Mechanic will perform routine vehicle maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and carry out repairs to ensure safe and efficient vehicle operation. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles, conducting pollution and emission tests, replacing parts, performing scheduled servicing, and maintaining accurate service records. The role also involves communicating clearly with customers about required work, estimated timelines, and safety considerations, while following workshop safety standards and quality procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to handle routine servicing and preventive care.
Candidates should possess solid Automotive Repair and general Automotive knowledge to diagnose issues and perform mechanical and electrical repairs.
Candidates should possess a commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and provide courteous service.
Relevant technical training or certification in automotive mechanics or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience working in a workshop or service center environment is beneficial.
Ability to use diagnostic tools, follow manufacturer guidelines, and adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
