Position: Technical Recruiters: Interview on Full-Cycle Hiring Workflows

Role Responsibilities
Walk through the full-cycle technical recruiting process step by step.
Manage client relationships and set realistic stakeholder expectations.
Review and react to sample technical candidate profiles.
Explain strategies for sourcing top talent in competitive markets.
Requirements
Professional experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition project lead.
Hands-on experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
Comfortable discussing client relationship management strategies.
Strong relevant experience in aligning work schedules with PST business hours.
