Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for Sales and Marketing Executives at Dogmama by TierWohl Pet Nutrition. In this position, the executive will actively generate leads, build relationships with retail partners, veterinarians, and distributors, and drive product placement and sales growth across assigned territories. Day-to-day activities include visiting outlets, presenting product benefits, negotiating terms, tracking sales performance, and ensuring strong visibility of Dogmama treats at point of sale. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, executing in-store promotions, collecting market and competitor insights, and collaborating with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies. The executive will maintain accurate records, prepare regular sales and activity reports, and represent the brand professionally at events, trade shows, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation.
Foundational marketing abilities in areas such as promotional planning, brand awareness initiatives, and basic digital or social media marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly to retailers, veterinarians, and pet parents.
Good organizational, planning, and reporting skills, including territory management and use of basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
Interest in and understanding of pet care, nutrition, or FMCG/consumer goods; prior experience in pet, food, or wellness sectors is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, travel within assigned regions, and engage in regular field visits and customer meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant sales or marketing experience may substitute.
Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a commitment to ethical, customer-focused selling and brand representation.
