Street Fundraiser

Key Responsibilities
· Engage with members of the public and perform outreach activities.
· Approach and interact with individuals in a respectful, professional and non-intrusive manner.
· Create awareness about Doon Animal Welfare, its work and the challenges faced by rescued and abandoned animals.
· Explain the monthly/recurring donation programme and encourage individuals to become regular supporters.
· Build genuine conversations, establish trust and inspire people to support animal welfare.
· Work across different locations and outreach settings as identified by the organisation.
· Achieve individual and team fundraising targets.
· Maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions.
· Follow approved fundraising processes, communication guidelines and ethical standards.
· Represent Doon Animal Welfare professionally and responsibly at all times.

· Confident and comfortable approaching and speaking with people.
· Positive attitude and willingness to work in a field environment.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented.
· Ability to handle rejection positively and remain persistent.
· Passion for social impact and animal welfare.
· Prior experience in sales, fundraising, customer engagement, tele calling or field marketing will be an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
