About the role
We're looking for a proactive, well-organised executive to support the CEO's office and keep the company's day-to-day operations running smoothly. The role covers office administration, IT coordination and general business support. It suits someone who enjoys variety and ownership.
Key responsibilities
Manage office operations, including utilities, maintenance, supplies and vendor coordination.
Coordinate IT asset purchases, laptop setup and basic Wi-Fi or system issues.
Maintain records of company assets, documents and contracts.
Support the finance team with documentation as needed.
Track follow-ups and action items for the CEO, and handle ad-hoc coordination.
What we're looking for
A graduate in any discipline. A technical background (such as B.Tech, BCA or B.Sc IT) or an administration background is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in administration, office operations or a similar role.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable with MS Office or Google Workspace, plus basic IT troubleshooting.
Organised, reliable and discreet with confidential information.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for drafting, research and day-to-day productivity is a plus.
