🔥 About the Role
We’re looking for a Banking Partnerships Associate to work closely with our existing banking partners and support the onboarding of new banks and banking products.
You’ll work across banking, technology, product, operations, and business teams, so this role is a mix of coordination, problem-solving, documentation, and technical integration work.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate with banking partners on day-to-day requirements and issue resolution.
Manage bank documentation, onboarding, and compliance-related requirements.
Coordinate banking integrations with our Technology, Product, Operations, and Business teams.
Support API and technical integration activities with banks and internal tech teams.
Track and resolve integration, transaction, and operational issues.
Help evaluate and onboard new banks, banking products, and solutions.
Understand business requirements and work with partners to find the right solutions.
Maintain trackers, documentation, and regular partner updates.
What We’re Looking For
0.6 to 1 year of experience in banking partnerships, fintech, banking operations, payment operations, or a related field.
Basic understanding of banking products, payment systems, and fintech.
Exposure to banks or financial institutions is a plus.
Basic understanding of APIs and technical integrations.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
