Role Description The Business Developer intern role at UNibeats is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The intern will support business development activities, including identifying new college partnerships, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with existing stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, assisting in proposal creation and pitch presentations, coordinating with internal teams to align event offerings with client needs, and tracking business development metrics. The role also involves attending meetings with college representatives, contributing to strategic planning for events, and providing administrative support to the business development team as needed.
Qualifications
Strong interest in business development, sales, or partnerships within the events or entertainment industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Basic understanding of marketing and market research, including analyzing trends and identifying opportunities.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools for preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional event and operations teams.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Enthusiasm for college events, concerts, and student engagement, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
