QMS - QUALITY ASSURANCE (Pharmaceuticals/ Nutraceuticals)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QMS – Quality Assurance role based in Jaipur, supporting pharmaceutical and nutraceutical operations. The role involves planning, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems aligned with regulatory standards and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and approving SOPs, batch manufacturing records, and validation documents, as well as monitoring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The position requires coordinating internal and external quality audits, overseeing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. The professional in this role will track quality metrics, support training on quality procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, with experience in establishing and maintaining robust QMS frameworks.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Auditing to effectively monitor processes, review documentation, and support internal and external inspections.
Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related regulatory guidelines for pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline; advanced certifications in quality or regulatory affairs are an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and competency in documentation, reporting, and data interpretation.
Ability to work collaboratively with production, R&D, and regulatory teams, with effective communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing environments and familiarity with regulatory bodies and audit processes is highly beneficial.
