Role Description The Longevity Clinical Health Consultant is a full-time remote role focused on guiding individuals toward healthier, longer lives through data-driven, personalized health insights. This role involves reviewing diagnostic reports and health histories, interpreting clinical data, and recommending lifestyle modifications, preventive screenings, and follow-up tests aligned with longevity and wellness goals. The consultant will conduct virtual consultations, answer health-related queries, and provide ongoing customer support, ensuring users understand their results and care options. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to refine health packages, contributing to educational content and lifestyle guidance, and participating in training or quality initiatives to improve the user experience. The role requires maintaining ethical standards, respecting diverse backgrounds, and promoting accessible, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting diagnostic data, identifying health trends, and supporting evidence-based longevity recommendations.
Consulting and Training abilities to conduct effective health consultations, guide users through preventive care plans, and educate individuals or groups on wellness strategies.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain complex medical information in an understandable way.
Customer Service skills to provide empathetic, solution-focused support and build trust with diverse users and organizational partners.
Professional background in medicine, allied health, nutrition, public health, or related fields; relevant certifications in preventive health, lifestyle medicine, or longevity are an advantage.
Experience working with digital health platforms or telehealth services, and comfort with electronic health records and remote collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple cases or consultations, and uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.
