Job Description – Salesforce Vlocity Consultant
Position: Salesforce Vlocity Consultant
Experience: 6+ Years
Work Mode: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Consultant with 6+ years of Salesforce experience and strong hands-on expertise in Vlocity / Salesforce Industries. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce Industries solutions based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Vlocity / Industries solutions.
Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Configure OmniStudio components including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniScripts.
Develop and maintain industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
Work on data models, business rules, workflows, and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production activities.
Prepare technical and functional documentation.
Follow Salesforce and Vlocity best practices for scalable solutions.
Required Skills
6+ years of Salesforce experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity / Salesforce Industries.
Strong knowledge of OmniStudio.
Experience with:
OmniScripts
FlexCards
DataRaptors
Integration Procedures
Calculation Procedures
Industry Data Models
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs is preferred.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred
Salesforce Industries / Vlocity certification is preferred.
Experience in Telecom, Communications, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, or Utilities domains is an advantage.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
